Registration for our paid live webinars requires full payment of the stated fee. Upon successful payment, you will receive access details via email and/or WhatsApp. Access is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any webinar due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by RetentionScale, you will be entitled to a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

All content provided during webinars, including but not limited to presentations, slides, recordings (if offered), materials, and strategies, is the intellectual property of RetentionScale and/or its founder.
