1. Overview

At RetentionScale, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

2. Live Webinar Refunds

Full refund available if you cancel before the webinar starts. If you are unable to attend the live session and request a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar time, we will process a full refund of the registration fee to your original payment method.

No refund after the webinar has started or concluded. Once the live webinar has begun, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy applies regardless of whether you attended the session or not.

Rescheduling option: If you cannot attend the live session, you may request to be moved to an upcoming session, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Digital Products & Recordings

For digital products, recorded sessions, or downloadable resources that have been delivered to you, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted or a download link has been shared, we cannot process refunds due to the nature of digital goods.

4. Cancellation by RetentionScale

In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, speaker unavailability, force majeure, etc.), you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future session — whichever you prefer.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional time as per their policies.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at: info@retentionscale.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]" and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used during registration
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

7. Results Disclaimer

Refund requests will not be entertained on the basis of dissatisfaction with results. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or customer retention improvements from attending our webinars or using our content. Results depend on your individual effort, business model, market conditions, and execution.

Our training is educational and designed to provide you with strategies and frameworks. How you implement them in your business is your responsibility.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or excessive refund claims from the same individual or entity.
